Temple: The Myoshin-ji branch. Zen master of Kagaku-ji, Mikawa Aich. A Dharma heir of Hakuin Ekaku.

Data: Dharma transmission from Hakuin Ekaku. He also practiced Zen under Kogetsu Zenzai in Miyazaki. He returned to Kogetsu after he received the Dharma transmission from Hakuin. He became the abbot of Kagaku-ji and founded 3 temples. He retired to Maruyama Sotoku-ji in order to treat his illness.
