Data: Pen name: Shishi-kutsu. He entered Enpukuji and started to practice Zen under Deiryu-kutsu in Rinzai sect. He also studied Zen under Shiroozu Keizan Roshi in Heirin-ji and after then moved to Obaku sect. He received Dharma transmission from Abe Zenryo Roshi. He became Zen master of Manpuku-ji monastery in 1976 and retired in 1980.
