Data: Dharma transmission from Taishu in 1912. He was selected to be the secretary-general of the Obaku sect in 1940 for 2 terms. He founded a school named Shonan-Gakuen in Shiga in 1945. He became the abbot of Manju-in, sub-temple of Manpuku-ji in 1958. He was recommended to be the 54th chief abbot of Obaku-shu Manpuku-ji in 1964.
