Text: Longevity is steady like a southern mountain. Rank is high like the Big Dipper. Doju painted.
Temple: The Soto sect. Kinpo-ji, Nagano. Entsu-ji, Okayama. Tenchi-an in Sensho-ji, Aichi.
Data: Dharma transmission from Mokushi Soen in Entsu-ji, Okayama. He also practiced Zen under Hoshuku in Zensho-ji, Kogaku in Kodai-ji and Zenkoku Kogai in Seiryo-ji. He became the abbot of Kinpou-ji and moved to Entsu-ji. He rebuilt Sensho-ji in Aichi and built Tenchi-an for his retirement. He published "Tenchi-an Juko" in which he presented 100 cases from old Chinese Zen books and added Chinese poetry.
